Title Abstracts and Reports 

For your second mortgage and home equity lending needs, where title insurance is not required,  we offer “search and certify” services.  Our title abstracts are reviewed by one of our qualified attorneys, and we provide to you an easy to use title certification.  Our certificates provide vesting information, legal descriptions, tax information and all liens and encumbrances.

Closing and Settlement Services

South Carolina is an “attorney” state.  All aspects of a real estate closing must be supervised by a licensed attorney.  We are proud to have a network of Attorneys who serve as closers throughout S.C.  Our HUD and package preparation, disbursement, and recording, are handled centrally under the supervision of the Lawrence Law Firm, in Greenville, S.C.

 

We offer closings in the location most convenient to your Borrowers -- our office, the lender’s office, the real estate agent’s office, or even “house call” service.

We are pleased to offer a SECURE WEBSITE for delivery of closing documents to our referring Lenders.  Before closing, you will be issued a secure log-in;  title commitments, Closing protection letters and wiring instructions can all be ACCESSED ONLINE. After closing, the executed loan package is scanned, and uploaded to the secure website.  All documents are presented in *.pdf format.  The secure site is accessed by the Lender Login tab on all pages.
